This week James covers the action at Shouldice Park while Cole traveled to Airdrie to cover the Homecoming games.
The Wildcats remain perfect through 7 weeks, and the Cowboys remain a game behind. Stampeders, Lions, and Raiders are competing for 2 Division 1 playoff positions. Between the Bulldogs, Colts, and Chiefs only one will secure a Division 2 playoff spot. The others will play for the chance to travel north for Provincials.
It's a busy weekend coming up in week 8. First, it's the final day for the Pink Sock Initiative, which raised $6600 for the Canadian Cancer Society this year!. Second, it's Gordie's 8th Annual Food Fight: the team that brings in the most donations wins a pizza party!. Finally, it's the Wall of Fame game: just prior to the final game at Hellard Field there will be a wall-of-fame presentation.
